Autumn Newsletter 2021

Dear Reader,

I hope this email finds you and your loved ones fit and well.

At Hobson’s Choice, the summer months have been incredibly busy, and for all the right reasons. The transition to a more balanced office versus working-from-home culture continues to drive new clients to our showroom doors.

Some are renovating their existing properties; updating interior spaces that they have grown tired of by improving layouts, enhancing functionality and refreshing styles. Others are relocating and wish to personalise their new homes to suit their individual requirements, lifestyle and taste.

NEW TEAM MEMBERS

To support this growing design requirement, we have recruited a number of new staff. In our Bath and Swindon showrooms, we are excited to introduce new Junior Designers, Emma Wolff (Top left), Conor Thirkettle (Top right) and Lydia Dagadu (Lower left). They each share the desire to build their career and develop their skills, supporting and learning from our established designers.

In Winchester, we welcome Designer, Guy Foan (Lower right), who will work alongside Pieter du Toit. The experienced team are perfectly poised to grow the business and re-launch the stunning city-centre showroom.

NEW WEBSITE CONTENT

We have been working hard on building educational website content this summer to guide and support people who are interested in a new kitchen, bathroom or interior renovation. Our Learning Hub is gently filling up with answers to common questions, design project guidance, and insights about how we work with clients.

Our Projects page has grown too, showcasing even more beautiful client kitchens, bathrooms and interior spaces. With professional photography scheduled in the coming weeks, subscribe to our social media channels for the first look at the latest Hobson’s Choice inspiration.

AWARD RECOGNITION

Our Bath showroom has been shortlisted in the coveted Bath Life Awards 2021 and Bath Property Awards 2021. On this occasion, we didn’t take home the Bath Life Awards gold; that honour went to the very worthy winners Woodhouse & Law. However, we were delighted to be included alongside such renowned names. The Bath Property Awards take place on Friday 22nd October; so we have our fingers crossed!’
